Essentially our leather chest protector, with an added back piece, this armor works well to protect your upper chest during HEMA/ Sport Fencing or during Larp/Cosplay. This piece pairs well with a kidney belt to offer full torso protection and superior mobility over a full length cuirass. Made from 8-10 ounce latigo cowhide, and secured via 4 buckle straps which make it very adjustable and comfortable. You have the option of 1 or two layers, or to have it wax hardened or left unhardened. If you plan on using it as actual protection, we recommend the hardened option. For a more tailored fit, please include a measurement of the circumference of your chest when ordering.
